I went to Star Car Wash because my regular, Raceway Carwash, had already closed at 6 — I have a membership there. I was offered a membership at Star and declined because I only needed a late wash this time. I arrived 15 minutes before closing. The vacuums were turned off 10 minutes before close, and the mat-washing machine was broken when I tried to use it. Get the job done
Terrible service. I took my vehicle to this location. The brush end up breaking my side mirror. I spoke to the manager at the moment and he expressed his concerns and told me to fill out a form. That was back in Feb. I wasn't getting ANY response back so I had to go back in and they had me speak to the GM. Let's just say that was a waste of my time and breath. Would not recommend coming here. I paid $18 for a car wash just for my car to still be insanely dirty. Had to use the wipe for so many spots missed. The grill of my car doesn’t even look like it’s been cleaned a little bit. Not worth it. I would rather pay to hand wash my car if I knew it wouldn’t be all the way clean.
