I had a question before entering the wash. The service guy was extremely rude and would not approach the car to respond to my question. There are other car wash services in the area. I doubt I'll come here regularly. BTW there were no cars behind me waiting for a wash.
I love the vacuums and damp towels to wipe down after the wash!
