Went there on December 8, 2025 and I couldn’t complete a wash because each time the conveyor turned on my vehicles emergency brake activated. After at least 3 tries the attendant had me back out and handed me a card with instructions to send an email to their customer service department. (No phone number provided) I sent the email and after a few weeks and sending them a reminder I received an unsigned email with an apology for the delay stating that they were ‘‘working’ on it.
