We have been members here since the opening. To see the fast decline is amazing. Vacuums don’t work, the piped in music skips and buffers drives you crazy, Sprayers in the car wash are seized spraying to the side not on your car. We laugh at how many people grad the 5 second air fresheners. Probably going to cancel and go somewhere else.
I had a free wash and the wash was only water- the brushes didn’t move or spin to wipe down my car, no soap and no dryer at the end.
Mary was amazing!!
