Damaged my car, employee told me the car wash malfunctioned. Filled out a report. Waited 3 weeks didn't hear anything from them. Went back and the manager said his office said they weren't at fault. I have not heard anything from their office. If you respond to this and tell me to go to your website, I did that and filed the claim and sent several emails. No respone

This location is convenient and close. Employees are always polite and eager to please. Clean towels and window cleaner are so nice. Vacuums work great!
