Amenities are nice and a nice area, but I have been living here for less than a year and have already had to evacuate my apartment multiple times due to the building fire alarm going off. It’s usually a false alarm or a sprinkler issue and I see people caring less and less each time and I worry that when a real fire happens there will be no one evacuating. One of the WORST buildings in the GTA. There is no feasible way for so many chronic issues to be permanently fixed. Problems: - CONSTANT issues with elevators, plumbing, and HVAC - Extremely marked-up utilities: --- you will be paying around $190-$230 for a single person --- $260-$290 for a couple - Crime: --- There are numerous thefts in the underground parking --- Stabbings and shootings in the area (flemingdon, overlea) - Disrespectful residents: --- people leaving bags of dog poop in the lobbies --- trash on the floors i... read more
Very nice luxury building
Terrible experience living here after 5 months. Property management is extremely poor ,Monica Coronel who is the property manager is always very rude and always unprofessional. The building constantly smells bad, and the hydro fees are outrageously high. Definitely would not recommend.
