Don’t bother with these guys. They are unable to make deliveries when they promise them. The soil “may” be good…but it’s worthless when they can’t deliver it! I was promised it would deliver three separate days then told they weren’t really sure when they could do it as they were “working off a backlog” and didn’t know when they would be able to deliver. This, after they promised delivery and my crew pulled all the sod. Premium price…no service. No explanation
I would give zero stars if possible. They say they will deliver within 10 days but that all depends on IF they have another delivery coming to your area. Then they just keep pushing it out further. And if you want to cancel and get a refund it can be another 7-10 business days for you to get your money back. I am so disappointed with this lack of customer service. I do not recommend using this company for your soil needs.
We ordered sod over the phone through their call center, they were very professional and helpful. My order was confirmed and we were told that we would receive a text the day before pickup as a reminder. Never got the text but assumed we were good to go! The morning that we scheduled to pickup our order at the store, we looked online and it said they open at 7:30am. Pull up, nobody there. They don’t open until 8:00am. Great experience! Ordered yesterday, worked with Lilian Sanchez, who was great! She got everything checked out, called me back quickly and finalized the order. I picked up today in Hendersonville. Great pricing and great service!
