Disappointed. Purchased 5 pallets of sod plus their soil and fertilizer for prepping. 3 of the pallets looked great, one was ok, and the last one was not very good. Went ahead and installed it following their recommended process to the letter. After initial installation, the next morning there were dozens of pieces where the grass had turned brown at one end - about 8 inches. (2025 Review - 7 months after Super-Sod fescue was installed over my entire lawn, and using Lawn Coach & their products.) Almost all the new fescue has died, and weeds the lawn didn't have before took over the yard. Despite watering the recommended amount, correctly applying the provided products, mowing at the recommended height, almost all the grass died as soon as temps rose in June. Our landscapers got fescue sod from here TWICE and both times it has died even with proper care. On top of that we now just have crappy grass and weeds that weren’t there before the sod.
