Love the simplicity. Order online, go pick up your order. You get a discount for ordering a whole pallet (50 rolls) and a discount if you pick it up yourself. They wrapped up my 60 rolls on a pallet and loaded it into the bed of my F250 (that's probably the max you want to put in a F250 4x4 w/8ft bed). If you're ordering online and getting more than a few rolls, you may have to book your pick up a few days ahead to get on the calendar since they are constantly rotating stock.
Ordered 25 rolls for a Monday pick-up (mid June) Monday pick-up is after 1pm - because the sod is cut that morning, loaded at the field, trucks are driven from sod field to local store and unloaded. When ordering it states there will be no notifications about your order being ready, just arrive sometime after 1 pm. I arrived around 1:30 - 1:45 and was told the truck had mechanical issues.
