Stephanie Narvaez Had amazing customer service! Very patient and helpful even at the end of the day on a Friday! She helped until 4:50 while they closed at 4:30! I had placed 5 different orders even though the computer was having some problems she figured it out in a timely manner! Supper professional thanks again Stephanie

Bought two pallets of Sod. I never you saw but I could tell it wasn't right and questioned it and actually recorded the conversation. Had no dirt on the back and when you picked it up it fell apart I said it would still take but it didn't when I find a way to post the pictures I will put the videos out with the pictures

Used the chat option to go through the different types of grass with Jessica Lopez. She was very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice as to which sod would be the best for us. After deciding on our type we gave the dimensions and she totaled up the amount and the costs. She really helped us purchase the needed amounts. It was extremely easy to work with Jessica and we look forward to more interactions with this company

Worked with Brittany on getting a quote and I had all kinds of questions and circumstances and she never hesitated to quickly find out all the answers. Great customer service! Received the bags from Scott who did a fantastic job of managing the delivery up our 800 ft steep driveway and did it 6 times. It was nerve wrecking at first, but then he got the hang of it and did a great job. The soil has been fantastic in my new raised beds.
