That's right horrible. First delivery I had to cancel because it was set back all through the day until delivery was at 7pm at night. So after the Sod was on the truck for the whole day that's when I would get it. If you have people helping to install the sod, it was a waste of their day. The next delivery time was 1pm, but wait they added (3) additional deliveries that day for my driver, so they promised it for 3pm. You guessed it, it didn't show up until 5pm.
