Fantastic experience with super sad you speak with an associate right away when you call delivery and communication was fantastic on our first delivery. We had one small incident where the truck hit part of our gate to our backyard and their team took care of it right away without hesitation. It’s always appreciated to have such wonderful customer service in situations like this.
The customer service experience is good for the ordering and when I picked up. The pallet of centipede falls apart the peices rip very hard to use.
Have ordered sod from Super Sod several times before. This order was rerouted to rhia location. Generally don't have a problem and the sod ends up generally being beautiful. However, this time, a 3rd party Delivery company, Bunji, just dumped the sod on the hot driveway.
I get my lawn sod from here and the staff are really cool people.
