Pickup got pushed back several days. Finally get told it'll be ready at 2pm on Monday. Drive an hour out there and get told it'll be an hour. After an hour I go back in to check status and I'm told they don't know when it'll be ready and I should come back tomorrow. Huge waste of my time. I had to rework my schedule for my buisiness multiple times because of the lack of communication or whatever they have going on. Sod was decent quality. Service is garbage
Ordered 3 Pallets of Centipede Sod online. Grass that arrived was dead looking, see pictures, sod was starving for water. Contacted Super Sod and they stated Sod is still dormant. BS, I already have centipede in my yard and it is green and I am North of Fort Valley. The Centipede Grass I received had been poorly taken care of, if at all. 2 of the pallets had centipede sod that was not rectangular but sod that was broken into hundreds of small pieces with no dirt backing.
