I need to retract my review, I inadvertently posted against the wrong SuperSod so please disregard!!! Mine complaint was against Super Sod in North Carolina (Raleigh area)
If could give them a ZERO I would. Absolute horrible experience and I might as well thrown nearly $5000 in the street. First - installer came in with a bobcat tiller and paid little attention to what he was doing. First up? Snapped and cracked a section of my drive way. 2nd shot? cut through in underground sprinkler lines. 3rd? did NOT build up an area I specifically outlined as a 'berm' to route wash from neighbor's yard. 4th? a mere 2 weeks after install sections of the zoysia started to die, this because not enough top so... read more
