Chelsea is the best ! I leave loving my hair everytime and she makes sure to make me feel beautiful. I get everything from cuts, colors , washes and blow drys and not once have I left unhappy . My hair has grown so much in the last couple of years and it wouldn’t have been possible without her expertise . If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing when it comes to color Chelsea is your girl .
