We own 2 condos on the beach in Marco.I was ready to buy a new sliding door because 3 different repairmen had been unable to get it to work for more than a few weeks at a time. Mark came out and changed the rollers and the lock and it has worked beautifully for 6 months -- and he is the only one who guarantees his work for a year! Mark saved me a lot of money by repairing the doors, when he could have easily sold me new doors.
