My husband and I are on our honeymoon in Capitola. We've been looking for thank you gifts for friends that helped us with our wedding and had a great experience in this store! We were a bit indecisive at first, but all of the staff we encountered were lovely and helped us get something just right!
Horrible customer service. I went in there looking to buy multiple pieces for myself and others. I was looking the items in the cases and the woman said okay are you done? She stood there staring acting like we had a time limit. She then locked up the case and walked away without saying a word. Extremely rude arrogant and weird people. Don’t shop at this store ever.
I visit capitola a lot and every time I stop off at the silver store. Unfortunately every time I’ve been at this store the customer service is horrible. The last time I was in the lady working was not friendly and seemed bothered to be working. I will not be returning to this location.
To my surprise we went in here and found out it's another store owned by the same person who owns the one in Old Sac! Shop small!
