I have purchased many silver pieces from them, Super Silver decided to get my husband a chain, regret it and now I'm questioning if it's true silver. We have owned this particular chain less than a month and it is blackened, smells like metal despite how many times you clean it and/or polish. THIS STORE SOLD ME A FAKE SILVER NECKLACE FOR A LITTLE OVER $1, 300. WHEN I FOUND OUT A FEW YEARS LATER, THE PAWN SHOP WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME $50 FOR IT. I TRIED CONTACTING THE OWNERS TO GET A REFUND AND THEY IGNORED ME. I LATER WENT INTO THE STORE WITH A MAGNET AND THE MAJORITY OF THEIR SILVER IS MAGNETIC, THAT MEANS IT'S NOT STERLING SILVER. THEY GOT MAD AT ME AND MADE ME LEAVE THE STORE!!! I'M STILL IN COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND PROCEEDING WITH THE CLAIM.
I bought a necklace yesterday was told I could return it in 5 days returned it today for a exchange only store credit that was not told to me yesterday. I like the new one but now I have a big gift certificate
