Very friendly staff! I popped into drop off a neon sign for repair. Everyone from the crane operator taking a break upfront, to the office manager, to the neon repair guy who told me “it was nice to meet you”.
Had them given the project on installing the big board sign for my business and got the quote of $15,500 and just the repitition of mistakes Poor communication: clearly asked where I need the sign and they placed 2 ft away from there. Couldn't pour more concrete and just used the existing foundation where the previous business sign stood. Gave me $500 discount but that's not what I needed. Sign is now blocked for the incoming traffic to view at certain angles. Clearly told to add the electric wiring work in the project and e... read more
