I am trying to return a pair of Columbia $90 women's boots. In order to exchange for a different size, I would still need to pay for shipping between $45 to $55. This is ridiculous! I live on the West coast and there is no store to return them too. I have even tried other businesses and they won't return for a different size because I bought from a 3rd party store. I placed an item in cart b4 a weekend, but needed to inquire about shipping speed b4 buying. No response until a very nice woman called me following Wednesday. She said she would honor expired sale price + another 15% off, AND promised delivery in one to 2 days b4 we went on vacation (as the shoes were for our trip). How could I not order? So I did. I ordered a pair of Crocs in my normal size. Got them in. They were a size too small. Sent those back. Got a second pair. The left was smaller by a size than the right. When I asked for a credit, I never heard back.
Product did not fit. Had to pay shipping both ways. Cost $18 to try on a pair of shoes.
