We were traveling thru this city on a road trip. Stopped by to drive thru the wash. Purchased the $10 wash and it placed a pending charge on my account. Today I received a notice that the amount was updated to $24!!! This is unacceptable and disrespectful to your customer that I patronize your business and you inconvenience me having to contact you and my bank about a $14 overage. Also the wash was not that great but I didn’t sweat it because it was only $10 but to overcharge me and settle the amount for $24 absolutely not!
