I really try to write positive reviews whenever I can, but I was really rather peeved about my experience here. First the website wouldn’t let me book an appointment, so I tried calling. I called several times and the phone just rang and rang. So I went over to the place and there was no one in the office. I had such a great experience at this car wash! The pull-through process was quick and easy, and the gentleman working there was extremely nice and helpful. He made sure everything went smoothly, and my car came out looking spotless and shiny. Definitely one of the best car washes I’ve been to—I’ll be coming back for sure!

The knob’s for the different selections was loose and the brush didn’t work at all. Not impressed.

Went here to use the self service car wash about a month ago and the foam brush wasn’t dispensing soap, and the hose for the brush had wires exposed that cut my hand. I forgot about the wire part, and went back today to give it another shot. The foam brush still doesn’t dispense soap, and the hose still has exposed wires that they’ve crudely electrical taped as a repair job. I cut my hand on it again so I guess that’s on me for going back.
