For the gold experience it lasted 20 seconds maybe water spots every where barely used any soap might as well have done it myself

Drove my brand new CX5 and the attendant noticed that the machine had broken my back windshield wiper, and he tried to fix it as I observed him, and he mentioned nothing of it. I then parked and had yo fix it myself. Shady. Very shady. If your equipment damages a vehicle, just take responsibility, not try to hide and and hope no one notices. SHADY. DONT WASH YOUR CAR THERE. SHADY.
Paid for a "silver" level wash. Supposed to have the 3 color foam polish and undercarriage wash. Never happened. No prewash with the wands. No tire polish. The guy who dries had two little pocket squares to dry the whole car. Car is dirtier now than when I went in. Guess we will have to travel a little for proper car washes from now on.
Splash is a serious wash dawg! Be ready. One man show to boot. Hard to get to if you are unfamiliar with the roads.
