Excellent service literally minutes after my request for service they got back to me and sent an excellent service man out within hours. He quickly fixed the poroblem I had as well as another probem I didn't even call about all for just a service call fee. I would high recomend Super Shark Pools, and will use them for all my pool needs going forward.
Andy was so kind and patient with me, explaining his thoughts on the problems we were having. It was a miserable, rainy, cold day, and Andy couldn't have been more generous with his time and review of what he was going to do. Andy definitely represented Super Shark Pools with a superior performance. Thank you.
Great pool repair service, quick answer to all my questions . They were out 48 hours after call , fair price , clear pricing on invoice ... Steve was a great technician, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Nothing but good things to say about this company! Had a new heater installed by them! The heater had a constant knocking sound even when not running! Gulf stream sent one of their techs down and couldn't fix it. They said they couldn't get to it till after the Thanksgiving holidays. The Best!! Customer Service was above and beyond and they did the best job on my pool! It looks like I live in a resort!! Ask for Matt, he is a 5 star pro. Would only recommend them to my friends and family! Great price too!
