We had such a great experience with Super Shark Pools, especially Andy! As new pool owners, we had a lot to learn, and Andy was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I have used this company to repair and replace my pool pump. They have excellent customer service and are very easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Steve replaced our pool pump and pop up controller. He was kind, professional and a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and thoroughly understood our pool.
In the aftermath of hurricane Helene, my pool was badly stained and required new resurfacing. I hired Super Shark Pools to put in a new mini pebble texture. They did an amazing job! My pool is absolutely beautiful!!! Every step of the way, they answered all my questions and kept me informed of exactly what they were doing. Now to maintain the Warranty they are carefully brushing and adding chemicals to make sure the new surface stays in the best quality condition. I highly recommend them.
Fast, professional and they even provided a lower cost option with wire length for the LEDs. Super Shark provides the BEST customer service.
