I never give reviews ,but I think these guys deserve it. ortiz and his guys are friendly, professional, knowledgeable,and prompt. They installed a new 5.7 hemi in my Jeep flawlessly. I won't hesitate taking my cars to them in future. I highly recommend them !!!!! Best Mechanic shop ever ! Thanks Guys!!! HARRY
I brought my vehicle in for a possible oil leak and dropped it off in the morning. Around 2 PM, I received a call with the diagnostic results. They explained that there was no major leak, only a minor leak coming from a top gasket. I approved the repair, and they told me the vehicle would be ready later that same afternoon. Although it was ready that day, I picked it up the following morning and everything was completed as promised. Overall, the communication was clear and the process was smooth.
I took my 1999 Ford Explorer and to my surprise. I was greeted by Mr. Ortiz my experience at super service was amazing. He was very upfront and honest i highly recommend super service auto tech\nAnd ask for mr ortiz.
