Extremely disappointing experience. I booked an appointment in advance and still had to wait over 40 minutes, which completely defeats the purpose of booking. When I raised this issue, the staff showed little to no concern and made no effort to resolve it. This place clearly does not value customers who are not regulars. The lack of basic professionalism, poor time management, and dismissive attitude make it a place I would not recommend to anyone.
