Pros: Quick, easy service. Alex at the front is so personable and service-orientated. Wonderful human being. Cons: I wish they would have enough rental cars when your car is being serviced (I guess when I was there, they had no more). Also, they mentioned they would be a curtesy inspection check with my recall, but it didn't happen. However, I got offered a free oil change and full gas of tank, which I appreciate.
1 star but wish I can do a review with no stars because this place sold me a lime. It started with bad breaks and the weather strip ripping off halfway. Also noticed a bump on the right side. Got it checked out by a Mercedes dealership. They found the leak and had to replace the flywheel. I believe I should’ve walked away to check out the actual Mercedes-Benz dealership, but I decided to give this place a chance. First time going there, booked appointment online. Was guided towards service area with 4-5 men at their desks. Man at front middle desk said it’ll be a minute. 5-10 min go by, no help or acknowledgment while 2 customers came in after me were assisted. The person that told me “One Moment” ended up leaving to go pick up his kid. Great 1st time experience, not even a discount on a $300 I paid. This was on a Friday too
