this was an amazing experience thanks to Dakota, he was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything in detail, I came for a recall, and ended up fixing other stuff, because he made me feel at ease and aware of every detail, I usually dont go to dealerships for repairs, I had an idea that they overcharge and cannot be trusted, well, Dakota made me change my mind. this guy is great, and a great asset to Honda.
Took my vehicle in for warranty work and they either damaged parts or cared so little they put damaged parts back on. A simple call informing me of the issue and options to replace would have been nice. They do the at Nissan and Ford but not Honda? Hey mechanic, where is the pride in your work? If they do this with parts and areas I can see, image how they treated the parts I can’t. Zero faith in their work. Go anywhere else.

I had a friend buy their car at Honda of Superstition and had a good experience. I had a car and motorcycle to trade. Vern made it very easy and still is checking in on me. It was a great experience.
