Re: Super Rooter and Backflow Services, New Smyrna Beach, FL-the owner and I agreed on the price quote over the phone as it was a simple maintenance type job. After he did the job the exact same way we discussed, he charged me 50% more, which was disgusting. The owner's dad (he has a different plumbing company) had given the son (this company) my information without my permission as wanted the much more experienced dad to do the job.

So the owner here and I agreed on a estimate. He did the job the exact same way we discussed in the estimate and nothing extra-yet he charged me over 50% more. Sickening.
He gave me a quote over the phone. And then, doing the project the exact way we talked about and nothing extra, he raised the rate over 50%. Do not go here!!!
Super Rooter and Backflow does not return customers phone calls. Poor business practice. Called 3 times...no response. Do not waste your time to call this company!
The owner quoted me a price for some drain cleaning. I told him exactly what needed to be done. He charged me 50% more than what he quoted on the phone. I will never use this place again.
