He gave me a quote over the phone. And then, doing the project the exact way we talked about and nothing extra, he raised the rate over 50%. Do not go here!!!
Super Rooter and Backflow does not return customers phone calls. Poor business practice. Called 3 times...no response. Do not waste your time to call this company!
The owner quoted me a price for some drain cleaning. I told him exactly what needed to be done. He charged me 50% more than what he quoted on the phone. I will never use this place again.
I contacted Collin for some concerns my husband and I had in our house related to noises that didn't seem right for plumbing, along with some slow water pressure in part of the house. Collin arrived a little early, before my scheduled appointment (which was super awesome!), and he took his time investigating while trying to replicate the issues with the house's plumbing. Absolutely *terrific* service by owner/operator Collin Bllavir!! In my 20+ years in DeLand, and having used numerous other plumbing companies, Super Rooter is *by far* the best I've ever used! On time, extremely courteous, highly efficient and fantastic service in repairing numerous problems (toilet repair, slow sink drains, clogged kitchen sink/garbage disposal and installing new shower head). I can't say enough about how good this dedicated young man and his assist in-training were. Kudos!
