hal was super sweet and patient with me throughout the fingerprinting process.Having hyperhydrosis it takes a little longer and you have to be more patient but he was super sweet and understanding!

Don’t get fingerprints or document pictures here. When I walked in, the employee didn’t even let me finish my sentence and cut me off as soon as I said “Hi, I’m here for…” with “give me two forms of ID.” Another woman walked in saying her picture had been rejected because the proportions were not accurate. I’m not surprised given how haphazardly my own picture was taken. While doing the scans, he rudely announced to the people waiting behind me in line that I have hyperhydrosis.
