Horrible
John is incompetent and unprofessional. WORST possible experience. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. He installed a liner poorly, wrinkles everywhere, cut filter holes before there was any water in the pool. When I pointed out the issues he insisted it would be OK when the pool filled. Not even 1/2 way full and the liner popped out on one corner due to how crooked it was installed.
