Once they screwed up the order. I went back and the woman called me a liar.
So sick and tired of you NOT having mashed potatoes and sending fries instead. This is the fourth time you've done this. Why can you NOT keep enough mashed potatoes until closing? I ordered 2 hours or so before closing as well. You're not trustworthy in my opinion, so I probably will stop ordering from you. Too bad. Your food is great but you're unreliable in my experience.
Love getting the 1/2 chicken with yuca fries. The most moist chicken I’ve ever had
I had an unpleasant experience at Super Pollo on Quincy Street, mainly because of the attitude of one of the ladies working at the front. Her behavior toward customers was rude and unprofessional, and she also seemed to have a disrespectful attitude toward the people she works with. Customer service is very important, and everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue, because this kind of behavior can negatively affect the customer experience.
