We have a sewer line that keeps growing in with trees and since I am renting it wasn't up to me to fix it, however it sure didn't help that Colin advised the landlady that there would be no point in replacing the sewer pipe since it will happen anyway again. Since his great recommendation we have had our basement flooded 5 times in 1 year. Colin's solution was to put us on a sewer back up prevention schedule which essentially means someone is coming to my home every 3 months to run the snake and camera.
