The drivers are reliable, safe, respectful, and friendly. What more could you ask for! I really appreciate how easy they are to get ahold of, unlike MedRide where you spend 2 hours on hold just to schedule. 5 stars for sure!
Late picking me up, and didn't show when the appointment was over so I had to walk home.
I stopped using medride because I don't have 2 hours to hold everytime I need to book transportation. Bennett has been incredibly nice and on time. Very dependable and great driving. I am using them from now on. Easy to book and they are punctual too. Very impressive!!!
I previously gave this company a five star review, they were amazing in the beginning and all of a sudden I started having problems with them being on time and being very rude! I do use a wheelchair and had a driver who had a hurt hand and couldn’t lift my wheelchair into the trunk. Thankfully my daughter was with me to help out. I did call and make a complaint about one of the drivers and since then they have been pretty rude. When I call to schedule a ride they are not able to take me.
