THIS BORDERS FRAUD!!! Do NOT go to this kiosk! My other half took his Samsung Note here yesterday with a busted screen. They had quoted him $150 for the fix and promised 2 hour service. After 2 hours, he returned to find that Nicole, owner, had broke the new screen while putting it in, or so she claimed, he never actually saw the "new" screen. She apologized and deducted $25 for the inconvenience. BUT he just called, and now she has to order a new screen and the price has gone up to $215! He is on his way to the establishmen... read more
Nicole was amazing she fixed my screen
I don't recommend anyone to bring a Samsung phone to this location. I brought a Note 4 along with a LCD screen and back frame into this location for a screen repair and it came back to me in worse condition than it was before having the repair done. I was told by the manager that the woman who fixed it had just started and it was her first Samsung repair. I have no problem with that as everyone has to learn somehow, however, she should not have been learning at my expense and the phone should have been fixed properly when I ... read more
