So let’s start we came in at 2:00 pm and he told me 10 minutes then it turned into 20 minutes then I asked again which turned into 50 whole minutes I was there. I’ve been coming to this place for years and after today I’m never coming back, they tried to charge me a extra five dollars for adding a little length to the nails and that’s not even the problem the problem was that after I asked why and she immediately denied to do my daughters nails

My request was not fulfilled! The wait alone was about 15 minutes. I asked for my nails not as wide but apparently I don’t have the nail shape for it. The service was beyond me, my request was completely IGNORED. I don’t recommend you coming here.

Service: Nails First of all, they appear organized but are NOT! One person started my nails and tried to rip them off instead of soaking them. I strongly recommend to soak them off, so they handed me over to someone else. I was informed the original person would resume, only to learn that they needed to take lunch before finishing my nails. The 🤬nerve of them to start and then take lunch before finishing my nails. That should have been communicated beforehand! It was probably best since it seemed like she had an attitude. A... read more
