My first time going to this nail shop 6/17/26. Mrs Jennifer is very nice and professional. And she honestly does amazing work. I have been to so many 5.0 nail shops in the Birmingham Alabama area that should have a 1.0. But Mrs Jennifer knows what she is doing. Thank you Mrs Jennifer.
ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE! That man was absolutely rude, snatching my arms and then pushing the back when he was done. He put scorching hot water in my foot tub then got upset when I asked if he could put cold water inside. He cut my cuticles on my toes so much and on top of that he cut my fingers multiple times with the nail drill and didn’t say anything not even a sorry.
