I've been seeing Connor for RMT over the last 6 months. His technique is different than a traditional massage therapist in that he actively manipulates the body during the session. I have found it to be highly beneficial from a physical standpoint. Most recently, I tried ANF therapy to assist with severe tension and discomfort in my neck, traps, & chest (likely brought on by stress).
