The building itself is a nice product. The customer service side leaves MUCH to be desired. The 2 man crew they sent were hard working and very efficient but in the process of putting the building up they broke the corner of my concrete pad by driving an overweight machine on the edge/corner. When I asked their office about fixing it they said they never drove on it so when I sent them video from my security cameras showing them on the pad with the overweight machine they suddenly lost all ability to communicate. They appear to have good quality products, with fair prices. I was in the process of making a purchase when I hurt myself . The sales person was extremely pushy, With multiple phone calls and emails trying to get me to sign the contract. I explained through email yesterday and today That I would take care of it as soon as I could. After 4 phone calls and Eight or nine emails asking if I had signed the documents. I told them that they had lost my business.
