I had been using them for a while and was happy with their service. Then in January, after they sent 2 confirmation emails and texts, they never showed up for 2 sessions. I called and sent multiple emails and have never heard anything from them. I have no idea what happened in the Westfield office.
Service js great but billing dept decided to bill me 7k extra out of nowhere. And non working phone numbers. So suggest you get the cell of the cleaning supervisor to not have to deal with what i am dealing with. T
Fantastic service. They made sure all the nooks and crannies were clean. On time and professional and kind. Did a very good job - My toaster oven looks like it’s brand new!! Highly recommend Super Maids
