The contractor who remodeled our house used Super M Glass to install two slidding glass doors. We have one that won't close and lock properly and we are outside the contractors warranty, so I have reached out to Super M several times, sent photos and videos via email and text to see if someone can come look at this and see what is neccessary to fix my issues. I can't get anyone to come out and look at my issue. Update, they responded to this message and came the next day and fixed my issue.
