I've been washing at this car wash for a year now. Great self service and great workers but my highlight moment was last week when I thought a scratch was cause by the machine.. Long story short myra and jose help with vid to show that I was there before.. Not only that the manager help buff the scratch away.. I'm glad for my local super lux car wash. . And jose
I came to wash my car real quick as I am going through the tunnel with all the splash and foam as I look to the right and I’m still in the tunnel, there’s a young employee blowing with a blower moving all debris, dust foliage to a certain area right by my car . My car is being washed while he’s blowing excessive dust onto my car… mind you this is in the tunnel, not outside of the tunnel. Got the deluxe car wash yesterday and in the middle of vacuuming my car they started shutting the vacuums off. I asked one of the workers why the vacuums weren’t working and he said they shut them off. He could tell I was upset and then offered me a free car wash and never came back . He was across the parking lot laughing with a coworker. long story short I wasn’t able to finish vacuuming my car so I had to leave with stuff all over my floor still.
