Terrible experience. Extremely poor service and dishonest business practices. The owner is completely unreliable and does not stand behind his word. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company. I regret ever doing business with them — it felt more like a scam than a professional service.
Friendly, quick unloading, once untarped and unstrapped.
They are definitely very good and fast for unloading. However, they do not respect insurance rules. They unload all the top bundles and force the Driver to help unload the load and when you report that you are not authorized to unload anything that the shipping company sent, they threaten you if you do not do it they will not unload and you can pick up and take the load back to the shipper, the load is several bundles one on top of the other among these bundles comes 9 1×4x8 divided into 3, by bundles, that the shipping comp... read more
