I called them one day so they can do a bearing job. They told me that they will put me on the list. The next day, one of their technician showed up and told me that he was in the neighborhood so he came to check my machine. He looked at it and when I turned the drum for him he confirmed that I needed a bearing job, he then left. After one week I called the company and they told me that I told him that I do not want to do the job. I asked how much the bearing job would cost and they said at least $1,000. Absolutely terrible experience. Went to the location in Carlstadt NJ to inquire about a vending machine. When I arrived I was greeted by Mr. Raymond Fusco, which immediately judged me by my appearance and skin color. I was handed a flyer and advised I would be called later that day; I never received a call. The following day, I called Mr. Fusco and informed him I am interested in purchasing the product and would like more information. The worse laundromat in syosset if you start your machine don't walk out because it will stop spinning . And after you ask for help the owner will tell you not to come back. This place is awful i wouldn't even give it one star . Zero stars would be best
