HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been a loyal customer since they opened getting a car wash 1x week. Today I leave with an 18" scratch down to the metal on my right front quarter panel. I immediately bring it to their attention and they DENY DENY DENY! I had just put air in my tires 5 minutes before getting in line for wash and scratch wasn't there before wash, appears after wash and they tell me the car must have been keyed.
