The staff were accommodating and polite. I enjoyed my stay!
The motel is definitely older, but it was clean, comfortable and well taken care of. What really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the owners and employees were. They made us feel comfortable and were pleasant and helpful. If you are looking for a simple, affordable place with great hospitality, I’d definitely recommend giving this motel a try.
The owners displayed discriminatory attitudes toward people of color and individuals with disabilities. During my interaction with them, the owner told me she had “no room available for someone of his type,” referring to a Black patron with a disability. I found this comment deeply offensive and concerning, as it appeared to target him based on his race and disability. I will be reporting them.
