Perfect gym environment!! I love that I can do a full body workout, focus some rage out in the Dojo, and then be able to wind down a little and get a delicious shake or tea to keep me feeling good. I've been coming here for a couple of weeks and the dedication Jason and the trainers there have with everyone, it makes it a more comfortable environment to want to go everyday.
