I called this company to cancel what was suposed to be a six month service contract which they call a "membership." I found out that they have been charging me past my membership expiration date.. When I told the representative to cancel the so called membership, I was told I could not cancel by phone, and would have to fill out paperwork to cancel. This is just one more example of this company's predatory practices. Don't use these people. There are endless companies out there. Find an honest one.
Super Heat and Air do not follow through on their contracts. They do not maintenance unit, do not do repairs after they have been paid. Block your phone numbers just rip off older people and people with disabilities. They tell you they do not have to service you and are allowed to do this for no reason. I have already had to pay money out of my pocket fan motor and capacitor which should have been free and now Maintenace cleaning which was supposed to be coved. Stay clear of this company.
