The AC unit is good (carrier) and the only reason I’m giving two stars. But I’m extremely disappointed in their lack of thorough investigation of my townhouse. I asked them about air ductwork because I knew that I had some issues and I was literally told by the serviceman that we don’t do that (it’s advertised on their website btw). Being ignorant myself, which is my fault, I just proceeded with getting the AC replaced. Long story short I went with a different company to get the insulation and air ductwork repaired.
