Called Super Handyman to get on their schedule, and was told they would call me back. That was more than two weeks ago, and I have yet to hear back from them. I usually have Tim at Superior Trucking and Yard cleanup do my annual yard debris cleanup, and he does an AMAZING job for me. Unfortunately, Tim was unavailable to help me out this year, so I have been trying to find someone/ANYone to help me. I am willing to PAY them to do the work. Charged $280 to clean the gutters, took all of 15-20 min. I questioned the quality of the clean and the amount that they wanted to collect. They assured me they cleaned the gutters. We called the company to explain the amount quoted was based off of an hour- hour and half clean. And would like a refund comparable to a 15-20 min clean. Here are my gutters now. This was only 3 weeks ago. Grass and weeds growing the “cleaned” gutters. Thankfully they gave a full refund.

I can second the experience that someone else had where they were made to feel belittled for the work to be done. I have not met a more condescending business couple than these two. I know a thing or two about running a business (have my own LLC that I would guess is more profitable) and I have never treated my clients with anything close to the level of condescention I remember. Thank goodness for Google reviews.
