The fact that they charge $20 for an absolute basic manicure with no nail polish is insane. She spent about 15 minutes on my nails, massaged my hands for maybe 30 seconds and didn’t even buff my nails. Absolutely never going back for an overpriced manicure ever again what a terrible first experience.
Disgusting the way they treated after being a client for 4 years, I got nails done friday and a nail broke the next day I went in to get it fixed and they said ann wasn't available could I come back tomorrow but im not available for another week so rose did the nail with a attitude, I totally understand being frustrated fixing work you didn't mess up but to be rude that's not ok , then she trys to fix it it was a totally different color powder and all she says oh sorry and proceeds to get up like shes finished I just told th... read more
