Horrible experience getting a pedicure. The lady was rushing and cut my toe! It kept bleeding and she put some type of liquid on it from a tip bottle to stop the bleeding. It didn't stop, but she kept putting the tip of the bottle on my bloody toe, put the top back on and then put the bottle back on her cart! I still cringe thinking about it! That bottle should have been thrown AWAY! I get sick to my stomach thinking she may have used that same bottle tip on someone else's bloody toe! This is how people get fungus! I get her... read more

I came in for a pedicure and was very disappointed with the service. My initial experience was pleasant and the workers we kind, but after I was assigned a nail tech, my experience went downhill. I was constantly being pressured to get the premium options despite not wanting to do so. While I usually tip after the service, in this instance, I was immediately pressured to tip, which felt extremely off-putting.
