Jim, who owns the company besides being a wonderful man is an expert in his field.He came to our house within 24 hours of my call to help us with an older screen. He and his crew diagnosed the problem, resigned our screen and saved the day. They still look brand new! we needed some additional parts after a pool remodel recently. them came back and installed the parts we need timely and efficiently. great price and amazing customer service! thank you so much!
Excellent job! Excellent workers who care to do it right and pay attention to details. They also listened to us when we had concerns. Ricardo was especially amazing. He worked full days, sometimes into late afternoon or evening. The old roof and gutters we had were removed, and a new and better roof was designed, and the gutters are so much better! Thank you Jim for a project well done!
Jim is professional when he first comes out, but the people working for him that are doing the actual work are terrible. When they removed the gutters they didn’t clean or sand the wood that was left in between before replacing, now every time it rains patio gets dirty from old wood. When they installed the down spouts they did such a terrible job as well, installing it incorrectly having the downspout towards the house, and they left holes in the gutters. They fixed the bad installation but took forever to come back out.
Excellent! Jim is very knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. It was easy to work with him throughout the process. The installation of the super gutter was a complex job but the guys did it with ease in one day. They kept the deck and pool clean with covers during the work, and the super gutter is now brand new and works perfectly. We had a great overall experience and would use them again.
